JLL has arranged the $69.4 million sale of the Canopy Apartments, a 318-unit, apartment project in Tampa’s Citrus Park.

The apartment community offers floorplans from one to three bedrooms, as well as granite countertops, a stainless-steel appliance package, nine-foot ceilings, subway tile backsplashes and contemporary cabinetry. Amenities include a saltwater swimming pool with sundeck, an outdoor pavilion with TVs, a pet park, a 24-hour fitness center, gaming room and a clubhouse.

The property was developed in 2017 by a joint venture comprised of New York-based real estate investment firm Glenmont Capital Management and Arlington Properties, Inc., a Birmingham-based real estate development firm.
