JLL has brokered the $16.4 million sale of 16 Forge Park, a 120,000-square-foot flex building in Franklin.

The Class A flex facility is situated on more than 12 acres and consists of 120,000 square feet of modern manufacturing space. Sean Lynch, Joseph Fabiano, Michael Ciummei and Benjamin Roopenian of JLL represented the sellers, a partnership between real estate development and investment firms Condyne Capital Partners and Westpoint Capital Partners, in the transaction. The buyer was Tegra Medical.

“The opportunity to acquire 16 Forge Park allows Tegra Medical to further expand their footprint in the market as well as accommodate for any further growth,” said Fabiano.
