JLL Brings Historic Spokane MXU to Market

The Patsy Clark Mansion, a 19th century architectural gem built in downtown Spokane’s historic Browne’s Addition neighborhood in 1889, may change hands for the first time in more than 17 years. Current owners, the law firm of Eymann Allison Hunter Jones, engaged JLL’s Michael Sharapata to market the 130-year old mixed-use property it purchased in 2002, which is currently used as event space and a law office.

Sharapata says, “This is a truly unique, architecturally significant property that has been lovingly and diligently preserved by its current owners.” He notes it is a rare opportunity expected to draw strong buyer interest “because of its excellent condition, location, historical significance and the potential to add value.”

The property at 2208 W 2nd Ave. includes an 11,422-square-foot main house; an adjacent 4,691-square-foot carriage house, which could be converted to creative office space or residences; and a similarly sized two-story duplex.
