JLL Austin Continues Growth, Adds Three More to Roster

JLL’s Austin office hired Joe Barnes, Graham Schmergel and Kyle McCulloch to the positions of vice president, effective immediately. The newcomers continue JLL Austin’s 2019 expansion, which included the hire of Travis Robertson to the retail team, and Sara Lounsberry to Project and Development Services.

Barnes previously was an associate with NKF’s Austin office, where he specialized in investment sales of office, industrial, retail and land assets. Schmergel also comes to JLL from NKF in Austin, where he focused on capital markets, investment sales and landlord and tenant representation for office space. McCulloch’s previous position was with Stream Realty Partners’ Austin office, where he functioned within the firm’s industrial division.
