JLL Arranges Sale of 883-Unit Fractured Condominium Community in Tampa

JLL has arranged the sale of 883 units within Grande Oasis at Carrollwood, a 1000-unit, garden-style condominium community located in Tampa’s Carrollwood submarket. The sales price was not disclosed.

Grande Oasis at Carrollwood is situated on nearly 60 acres at 3516 Grand Cayman Dr., approximately eight miles northwest of downtown Tampa. Originally constructed in 1991 by Post Properties, the property features three swimming pools, a large fitness center, multiple tennis courts and a one-mile walking trail surrounding a natural, seven-acre lake. The property is currently 96% occupied.

Matt Mitchell, Zach Nolan, Drew Jennewein and Jarrod Smith of JLL represented the seller, Crescent Real Estate LLC. West Shore LLC purchased the asset free and clear of existing financing.
