JLL Arranges Sale of 10-Property North Carolina Medical Office Portfolio

JLL has brokered the sale of a fully-leased medical office building portfolio consisting of 10 outpatient orthopedic medical office buildings in North Carolina. The sales price was not disclosed.

Totaling 218,213 square feet, the properties are located in Charlotte and Winston-Salem. The portfolio is a compilation of 10 on-and-off-campus outpatient orthopedic medical office buildings and surgery centers, 100% leased to OrthoCarolina, the third largest orthopedic provider in the nation by physician count, with a weighted remaining lease term of 13 years.

Ben Appel, Evan Kovac, Andrew Milne, Zachary Drozda and Ted Flagg of JLL represented the undisclosed seller in the transaction. MBRE Healthcare and Kayne Anderson purchased the portfolio.
