JLL Capital Markets arranged the sale and financing of the community formerly known as Camden Midtown, a 337-unit, three-story apartment community in Houston.

JLL worked on behalf of the seller, Camden Property Trust. JLL also represented the buyer, Bow River Capital, in securing a loan through Freddie Mac. The loan will be serviced by JLL Real Estate Capital, LLC, a Freddie Mac Optigo® Lender.

The community, originally built in 1999, is in Montrose, Downtown and the Texas Medical Center. The property features pools, 24-hour fitness centers, a pet park and a direct-access parking garage. Some apartment units feature private patios with attached garages in select townhome units.
