JLL Arranges Krispy Kreme Leases as Brand Grows Tri-State Presence

JLL has secured three retail leases totaling 3,250 square feet on behalf of Krispy Kreme across New Jersey and New York, part of the doughnut brand’s continued expansion throughout the New York metropolitan area. The leases include locations in Marlboro and Ocean Township, NJ and in Brooklyn.

Managing director David Townes, based in JLL’s Parsippany, NJ office, represented Krispy Kreme in all three transactions, securing locations across established suburban shopping destinations and dense urban retail corridors.

“These three transactions reflect Krispy Kreme’s strategic approach to expanding its presence across the New York metropolitan area,” said Townes. “As the brand continues its regional expansion, identifying well-positioned retail spaces that align with its operational needs and customer base will remain a key priority.”

The transactions come as Krispy Kreme announces a new franchise development agreement with longtime franchise partner Original Entrepreneurs LLC to open 33 additional shops across the region over the next five years.
