CBRE Arranges 15K-SF MOB Lease in Pennsylvania
CBRE has arranged a 15,000-square-foot medical office lease for Haven Veterinary Specialists at 400 Horsham Road in Horsham, Pennsylvania.
The full-service veterinary provider, which offers emergency care and a range of specialty services, will open its new location in Q1 2027, marking its first location in Horsham. CBRE’s Les Haggett and Scott Miller represented Haven Veterinary Specialists in the lease negotiations.
“The space at 400 Horsham Road met all of the tenant’s requirements, including a central regional location, high visibility and convenient amenities for both pet owners and employees who will operate the facility once it opens,” said Haggett.
The 151,500-square-foot, single-story office building at 400 Horsham Road offers a range of amenities, including a fitness center, food service, conference facilities, abundant parking, and on-site daycare. Located just minutes from the PA Turnpike, the property is serviced by the SEPTA Bus Route 55 and provides convenient access to Route 611 and Easton Road.
