JLL Arranges $34M Sale of Bridge Point Tacoma 210

JLL arranged the $33.9 million sale of Bridge Point Tacoma 210, a 205,413-square-foot distribution facility located at 10917 34th Ave. E in Tacoma, Washington.

JLL represented the seller, Kurv Industrial, in the transaction. Completed in 2024, Bridge Point Tacoma 210 represents one of the newest industrial deliveries in Pierce County and features institutional-grade specifications designed for modern distribution operations. The JLL Capital Markets team was led by Managing Director James Ellis and Director Rachel Jones.

The single-story facility offers 36-foot clear heights, 50 dock-high doors, two grade-level doors and 130-foot truck courts on 13.82 acres. The property includes 24 trailer stalls situated on nearly one acre of excess yard space and provides 130 auto parking spaces. The distribution is located five miles from Interstate 5, and nine miles from the Port of Tacoma.

“Bridge Point Tacoma 210 attracted strong institutional interest due to its new construction quality and strategic location at the confluence of Tacoma’s premier submarkets,” said Ellis.
