JLL Arranges $2M Sale of Single-Tenant Retail Property Near Daytona Beach

JLL has arranged the $2.2 million sale of a single-tenant retail building ground leased to fast food chain McDonald’s in New Smyrna Beach. Brad Peterson and Michael Brewster of JLL represented the seller, Regency Centers, in the transaction. John Krzyminski and Max Krzyminski of JLL represented the buyer, SRE Holdings.

The property is situated on nearly two acres at 3181 FL-44 in front of the only Walmart serving the coastal community of New Smyrna Beach and approximately 15 minutes from the beach. The property features a drive-through and is located along Interstate 95.

“The building sits on an oversized parcel with a double drive-through, a rarity in this market,” said Krzyminski. “Additionally, the retail property is situated at the apex of multiple development opportunities, including multi-housing and single-family residential, healthcare and hospitality projects.”
