JLL Arranges $16M Sale of Lumber Liquidators HQ in Richmond
JLL has brokered the $15.9 million sale of the 52,876-square-foot Lumber Liquidators Headquarters Building in Richmond.
In 2019, Lumber Liquidators relocated its international headquarters to the current site at 4901 Bakers Mill Ln. The building was customized for Lumber Liquidators and features an open floor plan with collaborative working environment for 200-plus employees. The property benefits from its location in Libbie Mill-Midtown, an 80-acre mixed-use development. The mixed-use development features residential, office and high-end retail space alongside acclaimed restaurants and community/public space.
Jordan Lex, Charlie Polk, Bill Moylan and Daniel Naughton of JLL represented the seller, Gumenick Properties, in the transaction. The buyer was Waverton Associates.
