JLL Arranges $106M Sale of Southeast Affordable Housing Portfolio

JLL has arranged the $106 million sale of a 20-property Project-Based Section 8 portfolio totaling 1,763 units in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina.

The seller, Ambling, was represented by Doug Childers, Michael Fox and Ryan Clutter of JLL. Preservation Partners Development, Infinity Real Estate Advisors and Jonathan Rose Companies each acquired parts of the portfolio.

Preservation Partners Development purchased 12 communities in Georgia, including Athens Gardens and Clarke Gardens in Athens; Glynn Isle Townhomes in Brunswick and Calhoun Gardens in Calhoun. Infinity Real Estate Advisors acquired two North Carolina properties and five South Carolina communities. Jonathan Rose Companies acquired Savannah Summit in Savannah, Georgia.
