JLL Adds Brad Berzins, Noah Gens to West Coast Teams
JLL has appointed Brad Berzins as managing director and Noah Gens as Florida regional manager for the company’s property management division. Berzins will focus on servicing clients in the industrial, flex and office sectors within the Sarasota, Fort Myers and Naples submarkets while Gens will lead JLL’s property management services for the state out of the company’s Tampa office.
Berzins has has completed transactions valued at more than $1 billion during his career. Prior to joining JLL, Berzins founded NAI Skyway National Partners and focused on creating and growing the investment sales division, serving all sectors along with the Industrial and flex leasing divisions from Tampa to Naples.
Gens most recently served as a group manager for a portfolio of properties totaling more than 50 million square feet, as well as general manager of assignments for several office buildings that JLL manages in downtown Chicago, IL.
