JLL Adds West Coast Exec to Project & Dev Team

JLL is adding to its Project & Development Services (PDS) with a 26-year, industry veteran. Kevin Tranbarger is changing offices, but not employers. Tranbarger recently served as Senior Director of Retail Projects for JLL Asia Pacific; however, his new title is West Coast Multi-Site Projects Lead for its PDS team.

Tranbarger will now oversee the direction, management and execution of significant multi-site retail, healthcare, industrial, commercial, institutional project management assignments for Chicago-headquartered JLL, including ground up development, renovation and tenant improvements. Additionally, he will aid in company growth and business development in the region, according to a news release.

Tranbarger spent 26 years in Asia Pacific, most recently with JLL, where he was responsible for growing the firm’s portfolio of retail clients across the design, project management and construction fields.  

Previously, he served as Vice President, Global Store Development for DFS (an LVMH Group Company) followed by a stint of consulting with MAD Network, before joining JLL in Hong Kong, per the release.
