JLL Adds Seattle Commercial Real Estate Veteran Cody Morrison

JLL has hired Cody Morrison as Executive Vice President focusing on tenant representation. Based in JLL’s Bellevue office, Morrison works with clients throughout the Seattle region and nationally. He was formerly Portfolio Director in WeWork, overseeing its Pacific Northwest locations.

Previously, he was a tenant advisor at Washington Partners Corporate Real Estate. Between the two companies, he’s been a part of over 7,000 transactions valued in excess of $1.5 billion. “We’re thrilled to have Cody on board to expand our client services capabilities,” said Chris Hughes, JLL Managing Director and Bellevue office lead. “Experienced veterans like Cody are integral to our clients’ success as we help them navigate these dynamic times.”

Morrison was a pitcher for the University of Washington and also played for the Anaheim Angels and Seattle Mariners organizations. When his playing career concluded, Cody started coaching, helping lead the University of Puget Sound to success.
