JLL Adds Scott Greenwood on East Bay Agency Leasing Team

Scott Greenwood has joined JLL as managing director in its East Bay office. A 20-year commercial real estate veteran, Greenwood will focus on agency leasing across the East Bay and Oakland markets.

Over the course of his career, Greenwood has completed more than four million square feet in leasing transactions and more than $800 million in sales transactions. He specializes in office, flex, and specialty properties throughout Oakland, Emeryville, Berkeley and Alameda.

“The East Bay office market is at an inflection point with compelling long-term opportunity,” said Scott Greenwood, Managing Director at JLL. “I’m excited to join JLL’s global platform and collaborate with a team that is deeply committed to helping owners and occupiers position their assets strategically in a shifting environment.”

Prior to joining JLL, Greenwood served as SVP at CBRE, where he led a substantial portfolio of Oakland agency assignments.
