JLL Adds Pair of Leading National Seniors Housing Investment Sales Pros

Chicago-based JLL expanded its seniors housing team with the addition of a pair of investment sales professionals. Mike Garbers, based in Orlando, and Cody Tremper, located in Dallas, join the firm as Managing Directors and will focus on advising owners, investors and operators of seniors housing and skilled nursing real estate assets.

Most recently, Garbers and Tremper were both Managing Directors at Greystone & Co., focused on seniors housing. Garbers brings more than 18 years of experience in the industry, and has been involved in developing, acquiring and selling in excess of $5.5 billion in seniors housing properties. Tremper has worked in the seniors housing sector for 14 years, and has been involved in $4.5 billion of seniors housing transactions.

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative.
