JLL Adds to Cincy Retail Team with VP Thobe

JLL has brought in veteran broker Kevin Thobe (pictured) as VP to expand its Cincinnati retail team. He brings more than 12 years’ retail brokerage experience to JLL, including tenant negotiations, retail and restaurant leasing and anchor tenant leasing for new ground-up developments, as well as joint venture and agency leasing assignments.

Thobe will work alongside JLL’s Cincinnati retail, office and industrial teams, led by managing director Bill Poffenberger. Earlier this year, JLL added retail broker Giorgio Karras to the team.

“We are fortunate to have great corporate clients with diverse real estate needs, and Kevin is a dynamic talent to help strengthen our team. We are excited to welcome Kevin to JLL, and to expand our growing retail presence,” said Poffenberger. “His experience and breadth of knowledge will further position this talented team, and enhance our offerings in the region.”
