JLL Adds All-Female Trio to Tenant Rep Team

JLL said that Sarah Silva, Bess Cooney and Nicole Becker have joined the firm’s tenant representation team in Chicago. The trio will bolster the Chicago tenant rep team, bringing a wealth of experience in strategic real estate planning and portfolio management.

VPs Silva and Cooney and associate Becker will focus on office tenant representation, assisting clients in aligning real estate with their immediate and long-term business goals.

“Hiring and empowering female leaders is a core tenant of our culture, and I am excited to welcome these three strong and gifted leaders to our team,” remarked Andrea VanGelder, JLL international director. “Each of them will bring tremendous value to our teams and clients as we continue to grow in the competitive Chicago real estate market.”

Before JLL, the brokers served at Colliers in the tenant representation team. There, they managed national accounts, completed local and national transactions at Fortune 500 companies, developed new business and promoted and empowered other female leaders in the commercial real estate industry.
