JLL Adds 14 MF Pros, Expands West, SW Footprint

JLL expanded its multifamily platform with the addition of 14 professionals across the West.

Joining JLL in Phoenix from Walker & Dunlop are Managing Directors Brandon Harrington and Matt Steffen, who specialize in multifamily debt and equity nationwide. The pair (pictured above) bring more 25 years of combined experience, and have arranged more than $1 billion of financing in the past two years. Nearly 75% percent of the volume was financed with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.

Expanding JLL’s multifamily presence in Denver are David Martin, Pamela Koster and Mike Grippi, who join from Moran & Company. Together, they have more than 50 years of experience, and closed nearly $8 billion in multifamily debt and sales transactions.

Joining JLL in Seattle are Managing Director Jim Schneider and Vice Presidents Madeleine Roach and William “Wim” Roach.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates. He has earned an outstanding reputation with organization leaders as a trusted advisor, strategic program implementer, consensus builder and exceptional collaborator. Dennis has developed and managed national communications programs for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups, both public and private. He’s successfully worked with journalists across the globe representing clients involved in major-breaking news stories, product launches, media tours, and company news announcements.
