JLL Acquires Martin Potts

Commercial real estate firm JLL has reportedly purchased Newport Beach development consultant Martin Potts & Associates. JLL made the acquisition in order to expand its development services capabilities in California.

Among the more popular projects that Martin Potts has worked on are Fashion Island shopping center in Newport Beach, and the Shady Canyon Golf Club in Irvine. JLL, in looking to expand its development services, was particularly attracted to Potts because of the firm’s expertise in retail and hospitality.

Another firm that JLL recently purchased to boost its construction management business is CLEO Construction Management in San Clemente.
