JLL Acquires Construction Consultant Merritt & Harris

In a move to boost its project and development offerings, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), headquartered in Chicago, acquired Merritt & Harris Inc. M&H provides construction-related consulting services to real estate lenders and investors during new construction, renovations and workouts.

M&H is headquartered in New York with offices in Glendale, CA, and Deerfield Beach, FL. The company has been involved with high-profile projects including World Trade Center Towers 3 and 4, the One Manhattan West and Hudson Yards Platform Towers A and C.
