JK Equities Plans West Loop Chicago Condo Development

New York-based JK Equities plans to commence construction in the second half of 2019 on 1400 West Monroe. The 42-unit boutique condominium building is located on Chicago’s West Loop, situated in the Skinner Park neighborhood.

The project creates harmony between the neighborhood’s industrial past and today’s modern design. The façade is made up of a rich depth of grey brick, paired with metal detailing and industrial-sized windows, that flood the homes with natural light.

Homes range in size from 1,200 to 2,000 square feet, offering two and three-bedroom layouts. Pricing will start from the low $600,000s and range up to $1.4 million. The first move-in’s are anticipated 12 to 14 months following construction starting.

Sales and marketing for the project is being handled by ON Collaborative by Coldwell Banker. The project marks JK Equities’ first foray into the West Loop neighborhood.
