JK Equities Launches Closing at 1400 Monroe Condos

Closings have officially commenced at 1400 Monroe, JK Equities’ seven-story luxury condominium in Chicago’s West Loop, and new buyers can move in immediately. The project is currently 75% sold, with sales and marketing being led by Wolf Residential.

“We’ve been aggressively working with our partners over the past three years to successfully deliver this project, and we’re so proud to see the excitement of buyers starting to move in,” says Jerry Karlik, principal of JK Equities. “Even during the onset of the pandemic, which is when we broke ground, we never compromised on our promises to buyers and the local community.”

The remaining inventory is the newly released reserved residences, with three-bedroom units beginning at $1 million. “This has been a dream project to work on, and we have been extremely satisfied with the success we’ve had thus far,” said David Wolf, president of Wolf Residential.
