Jimmy’s Egg Franchise Group Opens Second Lubbock Locale

Texas Egg Partners LLC, a Jimmy’s Egg franchise group, is ready to open its second location in less than a year in Lubbock, TX. The new eating location, at 4406 114th St., will join the already operational restaurant at 6253 Slide Rd., which opened in early 2019.

The new restaurant opening will mark the franchisee’s fifth location in Texas. Jimmy’s Egg restaurants offer breakfast and lunch entrees, served from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., daily. The new restaurant will employ approximately 30 people.

The ownership company is a joint venture between Klepper Capital Group LLC and JEDI LLC. The restaurant concept, which was founded in 2008, began franchising operations in 2008, and expects to open up to eight new restaurants in 2020 in Kansas, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas.
