Jim Dennis Joins Kidder Mathews’ Roseville Office

Kidder Mathews expanded its team in Roseville with the addition of Jim Dennis who joins from Colliers International. He will serve as a vice president and specialize in the sale and leasing of industrial properties in the greater Sacramento area.

Dennis has been in the commercial real estate industry for more than 30 years. Clients he has represented include Ahern Rentals, AIMS, Berco Redwood, Denio Family Properties, and Dry Creek School District.

Kidder Mathews also recently completed its three-year succession plan, appointing Bill Frame CEO and Brian Hatcher President and COO. Jeff Lyon, who has served as Chairman and CEO for 20 years, will remain Kidder’s Chairman. The Seattle-based CRE firm has grown dramatically from four offices in Washington to 22 offices in five states with 900 people including a big push into California over the past three-plus years.

About Dennis Kaiser

Dennis Kaiser is Vice President of Public Relations and Communications for Connect Creative. Dennis is a communications leader with more than 40 years of experience including as a journalist and in corporate and agency marketing communications roles. Dennis has also worked on communications and launch strategies for a number of consumer electronic, media and tech brands including SlingMedia, Channel Master, Deluxe Media Entertainment, BeIn Sports, EchoStar and Sprint. Dennis’s agency background included firms such as Off Madison Ave., Idea Hall and Macy + Associates.
