JIBEI Inks 30K-SF Lease at Herald Center
Joint Industry Board of the Electrical Industry has signed a lease with JEMB Realty for 30,000 square feet at Herald Center in Midtown.
The space will serve as a new training and education center for the Electrical Industry Apprentice Training Program and the Educational and Cultural Trust Fund of the Electrical Industry, along with a satellite office for Local Union No. 3, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
Herald Center, located at 1293 Broadway at 34th Street, is a 10-story, 250,000-square-foot property. JEMB Realty has managed the property for nearly 40 years and built over 200,000 square feet of classroom spaces
