Jewelry Brand Dylanex to Open Nolita Pop-Up Shop

Jewelry designer Dylanex, whose products figured prominently in Beyonce’s “Formation” video, is opening its first-ever physical store in Nolita. The brand will be represented by a pop-up that opens at 252 Mott St. on Thursday and runs through mid-October.

A Cushman & Wakefield team of managing director Brandon L. Singer and senior brokerage coordinator Michael Cody represented Dylanex in the transaction. 9300 Realty, Inc. represented the landlord, M&E Mott LLC.

Singer said the Dylanex pop-up at 252 Mott “will beautifully showcase their brand.” The brand was launched in 2013 by Drew Ginsburg, and specializes in jewelry that’s handcrafted in New York.

Dylanex’s Instagram account has over 250,000 followers, due in part to the brand’s cache with tastemakers such as Rihanna and Kendall Jenner.
