Jeweler Robbins Brothers Will Open Flagship Store in Pasadena

Robbins Brothers Fine Jewelers has signed a 16-year lease for a retail store at 587 East Colorado Blvd., part of The Swig Company’s 595 East Colorado mixed-use building. The 8,000-square-foot ground floor space will serve as the 100-year-old jewelry chain’s new showcase prototype store and is expected to open sometime in the third quarter of 2025.

“We are pleased to welcome Robbins Brothers to 595 East Colorado Blvd,” said Cory Kristoff, EVP, director of leasing, The Swig Company. “This iconic building, with its rich history and architectural beauty, is a perfect fit for their showcase store and various administrative offices.”

Built in 1928, 595 East Colorado Blvd. is a registered historic landmark in Pasadena’s Playhouse District. The first floor was formerly home to a well-known bank branch.

The Swig Company was represented by Katie Cowan, Shaun Stiles and Hayden Clegg of Newmark. Robbins Brothers Jewelry, Inc. was represented by Guardian Commercial Realty.
