Jess Hall’s Serendipity Spices Up Suffolk Business Park

Jess Hall’s Serendipity, a Fort Worth-based seasoning and spices company, has signed a new industrial lease for 40,050 square feet located at 2951 Suffolk Dr. within the Suffolk Business Park. The new location is near its current location at 2920 Shotts St. in Fort Worth.

Transwestern’s Kyle Poulson and Gibson Duwe represented Jess Hall’s Serendipity in tenant advisory services. George Jennings and Thomas Grafton with Holt Lunsford represented the landlord, DFW SB Industrial.

“Jess Hall’s Serendipity has been bringing bold flavors to the dinner table for decades. This added facility not only increases their real estate footprint, but allows them to keep growing their business,” said Duwe.

Suffolk Business Park is a 116,000-square-foot project comprised of four multi-tenant light industrial buildings in the fast-growing area of south-central Fort Worth. The site is nearly 7 acres and is zoned K-Heavy Industrial, allowing for tenant use flexibility.

Jess Hall’s Serendipity has been in business for more than 45 years.
