Jerry Frey, Burke Kennedy Join Savills Studley

Savills Studley expanded its Austin operations with the hiring of Jerry Frey as Senior Managing Director and Co-Branch Manager, and Burke Kennedy as Managing Director. The duo will be part of the firm’s occupier services and tenant representation teams.

“Our goal is to grow the Austin office into the city’s premier tenant representation advisory firm,” said Savills Studley’s Mark O’Donnell. “Jerry and Burke’s extensive industry expertise will help cultivate business in Austin.”

Frey joins Savills Studley from CBRE, where he held several key leadership positions during his 27-year tenure at the firm. Most recently, he was senior vice president for the Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services division in Austin. He also had executive positions with MBank Dallas and Resolution Trust Corporation.

Kennedy worked with Frey at CBRE as a senior associate in the Occupier Advisory and Transaction Services division. Other positions he had include principal at Avison Young and vice president at Commercial Texas.
