Jericho Office Complex Secures 87K SF of Renewals

Lincoln Property Company has secured more than 87,000 square feet of office lease renewals at Jericho Plaza in Jericho, NY. Mike Taylor and Chris Wittmann at Lincoln represented ownership on all transactions.

The renewals include the following tenants:

  • Morgan Stanley – 31,514 square feet; represented by Ray Ruiz, John Nielsen and Marianne Dugan of JLL
  • UBS – 16,454 square feet; represented by Phil D’Avanzo of Cushman & Wakefield
  • Ernst & Young – 16,000 square feet; represented by Brian Lee of Newmark
  • GP Harmon – 8,748 square feet; represented by Matt Manoogian of CBRE
  • Kintetsu – 15,004 square feet; represented by Rick Medinis of NAI Robert Lynn and John LaRuffa of Cushman & Wakefield
