JEMB Signs Three Tenants to 75 Broad St. Offices

JEMB Realty Corporation said two new tenants have relocated to 75 Broad St. in Lower Manhattan’s Financial District and a third tenant has signed a new 13,000-square-foot lease. They represent a total of 32,000 square feet of new leasing. 

  • Gallegos United, an independently owned full service marketing agency, relocated from its previous New York City headquarters in the Flatiron district. It now occupies 14,000 square feet on the 19th floor.  
  • GHD Partners, an internationally recognized branding and graphic design agency, relocated from Midtown South. The agency’s 5,000-square-foot offices will occupy the partial 27th tower floor of 75 Broad St.  
  • Healthcare company Modivcare has signed a long-term, 13,000-square-foot lease for a portion of the sixth floor. The company is expected to move into its new space in the third quarter.  

Built in 1928 as the original ITT headquarters, the 34-story, 720,000-square-foot historic building has undergone restoration by MdeAS Architects.
