
JELD-WEN Sees Long-Term Window of Opportunity for Lease
A long-term lease of 103,000 square feet was recently inked for a single-tenant industrial building located at 2633 Progress St. in Vista, CA. The tenant was door and window manufacturer JELD-WEN, which plans to utilize the facility for manufacturing, warehousing and distribution purposes.
Lee & Associates’ Isaac Little and Marko Dragovic represented the landlord, Wilco Investments LLC on the lease valued at $11 million. The tenant was represented by Joe Anderson of JLL.
Built in 2010, the facility features 6,000 square feet of office, eight dock-high doors, six grade-level doors and 97,000 square feet of warehouse space with 26-foot clear height.
“Over the past year, we have seen a tremendous uptick in tenant demand for larger blocks of low finish industrial space across San Diego County. We were able to secure high-quality tenant quickly because the buildings unique features matched with the current tenant demand in the North County submarket,” said Little.
