Jeffrey Rosenblatt Makes Principal at CBC Advisors

Jeffrey Rosenblatt has become a principal in the New York office of Coldwell Banker Commercial Advisors (CBC Advisors).

“Jeff had a fantastic year last year, and has been a top five companywide producer since joining the firm. Jeff manages a dynamic team while mentoring his team members to perform at ever-increasing levels,” said Rob Cord, president of CBC Advisors.

Rosenblatt is a 30-year commercial real estate veteran in Manhattan, who has closed over 25 million square feet of transactions throughout his career. He won the “Most Ingenious Deal of the Year” award for creating the Fashion Footwear Center at 1414 Avenue of the Americas. He also led the CBC Advisors softball team to the championship of the 2017 Commercial Real Estate Softball League.
