Jeffrey Katzenberg’s Entertainment Start-Up Finds HQ Space in Hollywood

Quibi, Jeffrey Katzenberg’s entertainment platform built for mobile video viewing, plans to establish its headquarters at JH Snyder Company’s Hollywood 959, a 245,000-square-foot building in Hollywood. Quibi will occupy two floors totaling 49,000 square feet in the West Wing building at 959 Seward St.

JH Snyder Company’s Jerry Snyder says, “We are delighted to have this exciting new entertainment company choose our Hollywood 959 campus for its home base. Jeffrey Katzenberg is a great visionary and entrepreneur who has built an enviable track record in Hollywood, and Meg Whitman is an exceptional leader. It’s a terrific team.”

The company currently is occupying temporary quarters at the property and plans to move into its permanent HQ space in early 2019.

The expansive campus comprises two wings, the East Wing with four stories and a West Wing with five stories. A Great Commons, an outdoor green that provides team spaces, work lounges, dining spots and recreation areas, connects the buildings.
