Jeff Hodson Joins CBRE as First Vice President in Seattle

Jeff Hodson has joined CBRE Capital Markets as a First Vice President, joining the Pacific Northwest team led by Charles Safley and Tom Pehl. Together, the team will continue to expand their regional commercial real estate investment sales practice focused on office, flex, life science, and land transactions.

Prior to joining CBRE, Hodson served as a managing director on Newmark’s Pacific Northwest Capital Markets team. After accepting a partnership role in 2020, he directly closed over $2 billion of office, life science, flex, and industrial investment sales.

Prior to Newmark, Hodson worked at HFF in Portland, Oregon, as a senior analyst where he assisted with office, industrial, and retail transactions in the Pacific Northwest. “Jeff is an impact player who will hit the ground running. His prior experience and existing relationships will be a significant value add to the services we provide our clients,” said Executive Vice President Tom Pehl.
