JBG SMITH has partnered with Volo Sports to open Club Volo at National Landing. This temporary recreational site features four lit beach volleyball courts and planned food and beverage options. Located at 223 23rd Street, Club Volo offers organized league play, community activities, court rentals, and corporate wellness events. Plans are underway to add temporary pickleball courts next spring. 

“Our pop-up partnership with Volo Sports not only expands upon the vast public spaces we are adding to National Landing but works to actively build community in the area,” said Amy Rice, SVP of Retail Leasing at JBG SMITH.  

This collaboration is part of JBG SMITH’s broader efforts to create vibrant community spaces. Last year, they opened Water Park, a 1.6-acre dining destination, and Dining in the Park, featuring renowned chef Enrique Limardo’s new concept, Surreal.
