JBG SMITH Launches Leasing at The Zoe in National Landing
JBG SMITH has commenced leasing at The Zoe located at 2051 South Bell Street in the heart of National Landing. This new mixed-use tower brings 420 rental apartments, a robust suite of amenities and nearly 10,000 square feet of street-level retail to the neighborhood.
“As National Landing continues to evolve into a vibrant hub for technology, education, and diverse businesses, The Zoe emerges as a standout residential offering that captures the area’s transformative spirit,” said Michelle Tierce, Executive Vice President of Asset Management, JBG SMITH.
Designed by international design practice STUDIOS, the 19-story tower features a diverse mix of home types, ranging from studio to two-bedroom layouts and an array of amenities.
The Zoe’s sister building, Valen, which sits directly adjacent to it at 2050 South Bell Street, is expected to begin leasing in the spring of 2025. JBG SMITH Living’s growing portfolio of new multifamily properties also includes The Grace and Reva, which opened this year and delivered a combined 808 units in National Landing.
