JB Capital Management has purchased the Perimeter West Building 2 distribution center in Jacksonville, FL.

JB Capital Management Acquires Newly Completed Distribution Center in Jacksonville

New York, NY-based real estate investor and developer JB Capital Management has purchased Perimeter West Building 2, a newly built distribution center totaling 168,000 square feet in Jacksonville, FL.

Luis Castillo, Cody Brais, Matt Wirth, Taylor Osborne and Bo Osgood of JLL represented seller Rooker, a real estate development, design and construction management firm, in the transaction with JB Capital Management. Additionally, Luke Pope of represented tenant Williams-Sonoma.

Perimeter West Building 2 was completed in December 2022 and 100% pre-leased to Williams-Sonoma. The rear-load building features 32-foot clear heights, 37 dock-high doors, two drive-in doors, truck court, 105 parking spaces and 82 trailer spaces.

The property is situated on 10.5 acres adjacent to Interstate 295’s diamond interchange and under five miles from Interstate 10 in Jacksonville’s West Side submarket.

The location provides direct routes to the Jacksonville CSX Intermodal terminal and Jacksonville Port. In addition, the property is proximate to the JAXPORT Talleyrand Intermodal Yard and Jacksonville International Airport.
