Jason Steinberg & Patrick Ley Named ECR Austin Partners

Commercial real estate brokers Jason Steinberg and Patrick Ley have been named partners at Equitable Commercial Realty’s Austin office. Their promotion will help the company continue a commitment to smart, strategic growth. The company recently expanded into the San Antonio market, as well.

Steinberg specializes in project leasing and representing business for new and existing office projects, and has completed more than 600 real estate transactions totaling more than $425 million. Ley oversees leasing for more than one million square feet of office and medical space, and provides commercial real estate sales services. Both are SIOR-designated, and Ley also earned the CCIM designation.

“I could not be prouder and more appreciative of both Patrick and Jason’s contributions to ECR,” said ECR Managing Principal Matt Levin. “They have been instrumental to the development of our firm since they joined, at which time we were a four-person team in a tiny office off Congress and 8th Street.”
