Jason Stein Joins CBRE as VP of Debt & Structured Finance
Jason Stein has joined CBRE’s Saddle Brook, New Jersey office as vice president of debt & structured finance.
With over a decade of experience in real estate lending, Stein specializes in financing for multifamily properties, construction projects, substantial rehab assets, and senior housing. Before joining CBRE, Stein served as vice president at Greystone, where he originated more than $500 million in loans, with a primary focus on multifamily real estate.
