JaRyCo Eyes Summer 2022 Completion for Class-A Project

Allen-based developer JaRyCo is set to develop 102,000 square feet of class-A office space as part of phase 1 of its mixed-use development, The Farm in Allen. The site is located at the southeast corner of Sam Rayburn Tollway and Alma Drive.

The office space, called FarmWORK One, will be encompassed in a three-story building that will be located across from The Farm’s central district. The office building will include parking of 4:1,000 with additional parking available in the adjacent parking garage.

JaRyCo plans to begin construction this year once project infrastructure is concluded, with project completion planned for summer 2022. Avison Young has been engaged to lease FarmWORK One for JaRyCo.

Last month, JaRyCo secured The Hub – a family-friendly food and beverage-anchored entertainment venue – to join The Farm as its first Texas location.
