Japanese Dining Concept Comes to Intersection of SoHo and Greenwich Village

Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. has secured a long-term retail lease with Shiki Omakase at 71 W. Houston Str., a prime location at the intersection of SoHo and Greenwich Village.

A new venture led by experienced chef duo En Lin and Jackie Zheng, Shiki Omakase specializes in the popular form of Japanese fare where each diner leaves it up to the chef to choose the meal’s ingredients and curated menu of specialty dishes.  Named for the Japanese translation of “four seasons,” the newly opened restaurant occupies a 500-square-foot space.

“As New York City continues to come back to life, more and more people are seeking out the sorts of new culinary adventures that had been missing from their lives,” said Joshua Roth, SVP of retail at Manhattan Skyline. “Shiki Omakase is a perfect complement to the storefronts in this vibrant neighborhood.”
