Jan Hood Joins Extensia Financial

Jan Hood

Northridge, CA-based Extensia Financial expanded its leadership team with the addition of Jan Hood as a business development officer. She brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate lending experience, and is expected to help expand its lending footprint nationally.

Extensia’s Craig Page says, “Jan’s background and network of commercial real estate borrowers and brokers align with our ongoing expansion goals. Jan possesses not only commercial real estate insight and market knowledge, but also the underwriting experience necessary to recognize whether or not the loan will work for our credit union customers.”

During her career, Hood helped to establish a successful Pacific Northwest commercial real estate lending office  at George Smith Partners. She also worked as an independent commercial mortgage banker and broker for more than 10 years.

Hood says, “I believe that we will be able to make a tremendous impact in the Pacific Northwest and nationwide, and I’m excited to help Extensia continue on its growth trajectory.”
