JAMS Relocating New York Offices to 3 Times Square
Rudin has secured an agreement with JAMS, a provider of alternative dispute resolution services, to relocate its New York Resolution Center to 3 Times Square. The tenant will occupy 55,335 square feet across the entirety of the building’s top two floors. As part of the 11-year lease, JAMS is expected to move from its current offices at 620 Eighth Ave. in the fourth quarter of 2027.
“JAMS’ major commitment to 3 Times Square underscores the market’s continued appetite for top-quality, well-located properties with premier amenity programs,” said Michael Rudin, co-CEO of Rudin. “JAMS joins a diverse roster of high-caliber companies who value vibrant, transit-connected Midtown Manhattan office destinations.”
Rudin was represented in-house by Kevin Daly along with the Cushman & Wakefield team of Ron LoRusso, Lou D’Avanzo, John Cefaly, Michael Burgio, Dan Organ and Paige Engeldrum. Ken Rapp, Brendan Herlihy and Ron Wade of CBRE represented JAMS.
