Jamison Plans Another Koreatown Development

Los Angeles-based Jamison Services is moving forward with plans for a 36-story residential tower in Koreatown. The CRE firm filed plans with the City for a new high-rise project at 3700 W. Wilshire Blvd.

The tower would include 506 residential units and roughly 62,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. Jamison must still work through site configuration plans for the new development on a 3.2-acre site that includes an existing 317,000-square-foot office building, Wilshire Park Place.

Jamison Services has more than 20 SoCal projects in the works, including 3980 Wilshire Blvd., a seven-story, 228-studio building, 3545 Wilshire Blvd., a 14-story and a 32-story tower project, 3060 W Olympic Blvd., a seven-story project with 226 units, and 2908 Wilshire Blvd., a 31-story mixed-use development with up to 644 apartments.
