Jamison Inks Miracle Mile Deal with gnet Agency
Jamison signed gnet to a long-term lease at its Miracle Mile Tower in Los Angeles. The creative agency and production company plans to occupy roughly 17,000 square feet at 5455 Wilshire Blvd.
Built in 1960, the Miracle Mile Tower is acknowledged as SoCal’s first real skyscraper. The roughly 222,000-square-foot, 22-story building sits in the heart of the Miracle Mile.
Jamison will build out the top floor and a portion of another to suit the needs of the agency under a mutually agreed to plan, notes Jamison Realty’s Jaime Lee. The high-end creative space will include private offices, meeting spaces and studios.
The company will relocate to its new headquarters from its current location on Sunset Boulevard in Q1 2021.
NAI Capital’s Mike Arnold represented the tenant. First Property Realty Corporation’s Ben Silver, Jeffrey Resnick and Greg Astor represented the landlord.
