Jamestown Snags Two Adaptive Reuse Projects in Upper Westside for $15M

Real estate investment and development company Jamestown acquired two adaptive reuse projects on Atlanta’s Upper Westside. Jamestown paid approximately $15 million for both properties, according to county records.

The two properties, 1357 Collier Rd. and 1483 Chattahoochee Ave., are former warehouses that were converted into new, upgraded spaces. The properties were converted by the seller, a joint venture of principals with Sweetwater Holdings, New City and Wyatt Capital.

Atlanta’s Upper Westside has transformed in recent years from a mostly industrial area with low-rise brick buildings, into a destination for companies looking to get away from traditional high-rise office towers.
